Strategy:

This is the Deck I've used to successfully beat all Missions in the Solo Mode.

It has a crazy weakness to Lightning, but it still does well against it because of Misty, Articuno and Tentacruel (which survives Starmie ex (Genetic Apex) and Pikachu ex (Genetic Apex)'s attack). Psyduck locks your opponent out of Supporter cards and Golduck hits pretty fast, getting rid of the threats that Tentacruel could not (Tentacruel is better in the long

Psyduck locks your opponent out of Supporter cards and Golduck hits pretty fast, getting rid of the threats that Tentacruel could not (Tentacruel is better in the long run and has more HP but 10 damage makes a difference, sometimes).

The main star of the Deck is, however, Farfetch'd - hits fast for 40 at second for 1 single Energy (crazy OP, if you ask me).

This decks excels at going both First (with Misty and a Water Type Pokémon) and Second (Farfetch'd).

If anything, you can get even crazy lucky if the opponent just plays 1 Single Pokémon or if you pull the heist of the century with Articuno + 3-Coin Misty (which for some reason happened more than I expected).

Nothing that the ducks can't deal with it. Trust their strength.

Competitive Wise:

Yeah lol

HOWEVER this Deck looks weak, that's because it sorta is the game's AI isn't too smart and will often let its EX Pokémon get KO'd, not even noticing what future plays you can do against it or that sending in an EX to get KO'd might just give you the 2 remaining points to victory.

But, HEY, it's possible to win - your opponent probably just had a really bad hand, tough.

...

PS:

The deck is still better than some prebuilt or automatically generated Decks.

And for something considered to be as low rarity by the game, it may actually not be as easy to build as it seems (because some cards are really spread out between the packs), but there's always other good options.

TIPS:

(#1) 2x Farfetch'd + 2x Giovanni + Stage 1/2 Pokémon you can't play --> guarantees Farfetch'd in your Hand + OHKO chance (because of Giovanni)

(#2) 2x Farfetch'd + (a bunch of) Fossil cards and their Stage 1 & 2s --> guarantees Farfetch'd in your Hand + other playable Pokémon (I advise Omanite & Omastar + Kabuto & Kabutops, the most)

(#3) Full Water Deck (regular Articuno) + 2x Misty --> fast and effective if you're lucky enough (you might also want to combine #1 with this one for better results)

(#4) 2x Minccino (Genetic Apex) + 2x Cinccino (Genetic Apex) + (some other basic Pokémon) --> Cinccino's "Do the Wave" is crazy good (close to Pikachu EX's attack)

(#5) Other good Pokémon options: Helioptile (Genetic Apex)/Heliolisk (Genetic Apex) + Ponyta (Genetic Apex)/Rapidash (Genetic Apex) + Snom (Genetic Apex)/Frosmoth (Genetic Apex) + Cubone (Genetic Apex)/Marowak (Genetic Apex) + Sizzlipede (Genetic Apex)/Centiskorch (Genetic Apex) are all pretty good options

(#6) Try to keep rates such as 4 to 6 Basic Pokémon (2 of each card, that can evolve) + 4 to 6 Stage1 (2 of each card, that evolve from the previous basic Pokémon, of the same quantity as them) + 2 Basic Pokémon to help with consistency (such as Farfetch'd, Meowth (Genetic Apex) or Kangaskhan (Genetic Apex))
