Strategy:

This deck is based in filling up the bench with Lightning Pokémon so it powers up Pikachu Ex's Circle Circuit, which is an attack that only costs 2 Energy that can deal 90 Damage (if you have at 3 Benched Lightning Pokémon), which 2-OHKOs most Pokémon in the metagame.

Zapdos Ex is also a great Pokémon to use in this Deck - it's a bulky Lightning Pokémon that can deal tons of damage too, but it requires set up so it's

Strategy:

Zapdos Ex is also a great Pokémon to use in this Deck - it's a bulky Lightning Pokémon that can deal tons of damage too, but it requires set up so it's mostly used as a last resort.

You have to run a few other Lightning Pokémon in the Deck for Pikachu's attack to deal significant damage. Zebstrika, Raichu and Magneton are very good options too, but they lack Electrode's no Retreat cost, which is great against Sabrina. These are pretty strong on their own, but you're mostly gonna use Zapdos Ex and Pikachu Ex anyway (especially Pikachu Ex).

Pokémon like Pinchurchin and Electabuzz have a retreat cost of 1, high HP and can fill with your Bench quite fast, but, if you run them, they're gonna decrease your chances of drawing a Pikachu Ex in your first hand (or even what you get from Pokéball).
