Strategy:

A Deck based on Starmie EX. Not only does it not have a Retreat cost, as it also has an attack that hits for 90 damage that costs only 2 energies. This makes it one of the best cards of the format.

Coupled with Misty, Articuno EX and Lapras EX (which is not on this site's database yet, so I'm using Articuno instead), Water-Type Decks are one of the most dangerous Decks right now. Imagine trying to set up your own board just to get hit by your opponent flipping

Imagine trying to set up your own board just to get hit by your opponent flipping 11 Heads in a row with Misty (yeah, don't ask why but this is somehow possible with a Deck like this).

(Un) Fortunately, this Deck suffers a gigantic weakness against the curret top meta Deck - Pikachu ex (Genetic Apex) and its trusty variants with Zapdos ex (Genetic Apex). They hit really hard and really fast any Deck of the format, so you might want to consider adding a few other Pokémon or strategies to take the hit for your EXs - because they can't one OHKO any of them.

Pretty much any other Deck on the format can get demolished by this deck, but you have to pray that your first coin with Misty isn't Tails, or else you just wasted your Supporter card of the turn. It's actually considerably fine for this deck to just land once on Heads, unlike most other coinflip Decks, since 1 Extra Water Energy is a pretty great accelaration already (either for first or second turn).

Did you also know that Misty can basically bypass the game rules and allow you to place Energy on your Pokémon on turn 1?

Thats's fine, it's not like they can do- OH WAIT YOU CAN ATTACK IN THE FIRST TURN, TOO??
