Strategy:

Venusaur EX is the Pokémon with the highest HP stat right now and, coupled with an attack that heals for 30 HP, it can be really hard to take out. It also can dish out from 60 to 100 Damage each turn, if it has enough energy to attack, which forces your opponent to use stronger attacks on it and/or possibly exhausting their resources quite fast. However, it requires a lot of setup, so this is why we have Lilligant to accelarate its energies.
