You have *several* possible builds out of Wigglytuff EX, since it is a Colorless Pokémon that can use any type of Energy for its attack. It takes a bit of time to set up because it has an Energy cost of 3, but the effects and damage it has make up for it - 80 damage and puts your opponent to sleep (so, when you flip Heads once, your opponent's active Pokémon can't do anything, except setting up some Energies or evolve its Active Pokémon to cure its status). To put it into perspective, Marowak ex (Genetic Apex) does 160 for 2 Heads, while Wigglytuff can do 160 for 1 Head.

Using Weezing's Ability to Poison your opponent's Pokémon and then, with Koga, make sure your next Pokémon puts them to sleep (with either Wigglytuff EX or Frosmoth).

This Deck is a variant on the usual Wigglytuff and Weezing Deck, which also runs Frosmoth. You can use both Water and Dark Energies, if you feel like it, it shouldn't matter too much. Weezing can still be useful with its Ability, but Frosmoth can still needs a Water Energy to attack.

Although, I think it's better to confirm only 1 Sleep Check, this time. Weezing + Hypno probably deserve a Decklist by themselves...
