I think that Bunnelby's Barrage power doesn't apply to poison as its not technically an attack. Also, I feel Forest Seal Stone is catering to a matchup where your opponet can't reliably Boss up a Vmax, which rarely happens, forcing you to keep a Crobat unevolved and even then a Boss is pretty bad.
The barrage power is so you can use the Evolution TM twice on the first turn, but you are right that it isn't needed. You also have a good point relating to forest Seal Stone. If I ran lost vacuum or field blower, that would be less of an issue as I could just discard it, but you are right in that Leafy Forest Poncho is more important.
I like it, but this deck has a weakness to attack effects like damage counter placement. Big Parasol (Darkness Ablaze) can fix that. And when it comes to unblockable attacks, well, they're unblockable so you'll have to find a way to deal with them. What brought my attention to this deck is that it plays similarly to one of my decks (Crobat VMAX expanded), as well as sharing the exact same name as one of my other decks (Poison Lock, obviously). It may be a coincidence, but if you ever take inspiration from any deck, please be sure to credit them! :D

I have seen some decks similar to this one, and as I have been thinking about a poison lock deck for a while, I decided to make one using this design that I have seen. I did not realize you had a deck with the exact same name, with the same mechanic. This deck did happen to use a similar strategy as your Crobat VMAX Expanded deck and I did look at that deck prior to making this deck, but the Poison Lock happens to be a coincidence. I have been thinking of trying to make a deck like that happen since before I knew pokemoncard.io existed, with that name. When I saw a deck that spams Stealth Poison into Toxicroak (https://pokemoncard.io/deck/invincible-frogs-and-bats-66554), I had to try to make my own version using control cards based on poison that I had looked at years prior.
In terms of damage counter placement, it is rare to see an expanded deck with damage counter placement, but if you struggle against that with this deck, Big Parasol can be a useful tech. Unblockable attacks are a huge weakness, but most decks don't specifically use unblockable attacks, to my knowledge.
Tangent Yeah, I enjoy decks like these, because nobody thinks to use Crobat VMAX for its surprisingly annoying playstyle and don't see past the dark asset aspect. (I also didn't realise my reply duplicated itself. Sorry!)
