In my opinion I don't think you need energy or pecharunt ex as they take up space and don't do to much for help

Pecharunt ex is here for it's endgame attack and it's ability to freely switch your pokemon beside munki and rotom. The energy is for both pecharunts attack (ex and baby) baby can stall your opponent out by making it impossible to retreat therefore making it harder to get rid of the poison. While the pecharunt exs attack is souly for endgame to kill the stronger pokemon think of him as a bloodmoon ex. Energy is just to attack (ofc)

How about a couple perilous jungle stadiums to bait out their other stadiums/lost vacuum. Can also play a Calamitous Wasteland to trap.
