it's just banned on tcglive because of a glitch
The deck got "banned" because of a ton of plotholes surrounding how it works. It should be able to be playable again sometime.
A single prize deck like this means you'll likely be getting knocked out each turn. In light of this, you should consider running Bruno or Cynthia's Ambition so you can maintain momentum. Don't need Pokemon Breeder or Klara really.

I replaced the miss fortune sisters with lost vacuums and another marnie, to get rid of the air balloons or capes
Have you considered running Dragalge? 100 poison damage a turn is pretty fun.
In irl tcg standard format nothing is banned right now.
