Deck Primer

Another post rotation Porygon deck that I am using. Flareon would most likely be replaced by ho-oh ex way later down the line. It's seems to be working fine for me. Let me know if anything helps with consistency. UPDATE: Found that revaroom led for more consistent energy discarding and draw support that was lacking before, heros Cape instead of secret box helps deal with slow startups, and protects key pieces.
