testing energy acceleration

 lowered energies and added exp share and Beedrill and mustard to one shot V's with special energy. Might need ultra balls to pull off the mustard

Removed a Porygon line/evolution incense and a Klara, added 3 ultra balls to be able to discard from hand for the mustard and 2 ordinary rods to shuffle energy back in the deck. Still need to test it out.
