Since you can attach any number of Technical Machines to a single Pokémon, Porygon-Z can deal massive damage for each one attached to it. Not only that, but Porygon-Z can move TMs around freely, being able to preserve them easily. Use Porygon2's Download PokePower to help set up your board easier so that you can get Claydol into play to draw as many cards as possible each turn. When Porygon-Z's HP gets low, use Super Scoop Up to return it to your hand and play it right back down immediately

In case you do lose some TMs because a Porygon-Z got KO'd, use Marley's Request to have your opponent choose between TM TS-1 and TM TS-2; it doesn't matter what they pick since you get a TM back. Don't forget to use Evoluter on TM TS-1 to help set up as well!
