What the deck wants to do :
Discard Tools by using TMs in combat or with Ultra Balls and Earthen Vessel, send them into the Lost Zone with RotomVStar's 280+ attacks and then unlock access to a single prizer attacker in the name of Porygon2.
The deck likes to start second so it can use a supporter right away and almost ensure setting up your bench and then attack with a TM:Evo to evolve your bench. On second turn you can VStar Power to discard a bunch of tools

The deck likes to start second so it can use a supporter right away and almost ensure setting up your bench and then attack with a TM:Evo to evolve your bench. On second turn you can VStar Power to discard a bunch of tools after having tutored them with Secret Box (which you tutored with Arven) and then attacking for a very high number with RotomVStar.

Secret Box is very key to the deck : 
Supporter : Colress or Arven
Item : anything you need
Tool : anything you need
Stadium : Town Store, which then gives any Tool

PS : 4 Tutorable TM:Devo is very good against Stage 2 decks like Charizard.

Vacuuming opponents' tools also increases porygon's damage.
