Porygon2's Download ability essentially lets you play multiple supporter cards in a turn, and there are some special cases. Adaman says that you can use the card if you discard 2 metal energies from your hand, but you're not using the card, you're using Porygon2's ability! With that in mind, it becomes a free "search your deck for 2 cards!" Supporters like Roxanne, Zinnia's resolve, and others also work with this engine, so feel free to make your own variations! Adaman requires you to discard 2 Metal Energy to use Adaman, not to use the two cards you search for.

Aurality The intent is to use Porygon2's ability to bypass that restriction, since technically you're not using the Adaman card itself, only discarding it, nullifying the energy discard requirement. Or at least that's how I interpreted it lol.
