Yep, you read the title. So this is a post-rotation deck + a budget deck!

Pokemon

Attackers:
Alolan Raticate: due to lack of resources (all those nice luxurious exs and vs) this is the main attacker, this is the main pokemon and can make the opponent's pokemon's hp go straight to 10
Ariados: yep this is just a random backup attacker I put in this deck, works weirdly 
Absol: WIPE EM OUT!! 
Supporting Pokemon: 
Abomasnow: so they can't heal 
Bibarrel: to get cards
Brute Bonnet: if absol

Helpful Cards: 
Artazon: to get pokemon up quickly!
Boss's Orders/Counter Catcher: a weak pokemon in front? Use this to take on powerful ones!
Luxurious Cape: well, you know why
Professor Turo's Scenario: in danger? Scoop him up!

Strat (NOT TESTED): 
Get alolan raticate up FAST, then get up bibarel and then absol or brute bonnet. Then go from there! Get alolan raticate to get them onto 10 hp, then use brute bonnet's ability or absol's swirling disaster to go from there, repeat and there you go!

(NOTE: I was lazy during the time I was writing this so it took me 30 mins to just write this one! (Had youtube up lol)
