I was trying to figure out a way to use durant post rotation and this is about the best I can come up with, its probably better with a different mon for a draw engine but its worked well enough for me in testing.

don't you think adding gardenia vigor would help speed up durant's energization, since it was a big loss of the twin energy? I'm also trying to think of a way to use Durant post rotation
