With Lugia losing a good amount of energies to rotation, I figured it would be a perfect time to have single strike shine. With Scarlet and Violet sets allegedly slowing down the format, using Golurk and Tyranitar would be perfect. Tyranitar and Umbreon helps with the Gardevoir ex matchups that will definitely pop up as well as help mill the opponent with the Cragalanche move. Umbreon provide free gust when it evolves and can sit in the back until it is needed with the Moon and Sun Badge.

With Golurk, it does base 180 damage and with two single strike it will hit for 220 knocking out any evolution pokemon. This does cause some issues with ex Pokemon since they will be de-evolving back to a one prizer instead of two, so you ideally want to use it  against the Vs that will still exist in the format.
