Have you tested this? Manaphy seems like a must. Or is it not important once Raikou rotates?
When I created this deck I did not believe that manaphy would be necessary but now that I have reviewed this list and tested it in live and real life it does not function well because it is to difficult to get the greninja v-union powered up and just out in general.
