I think since Victini is losing welder in this upcoming format, the deck should be geared towards getting energy from the discard pile onto your Victini. I think melony is the next best way to get energy onto Victini VMax with rose being a second option if you need. And I'm not sure what changes I could make in the deck for something else so please offer advice.
