Just off the bat, way too many Pokemon and energy. Ideally you would want about half the deck to be trainers; these allow you to draw cards, accelerate energy, disrupt your opponent, maneuver your Pokemon around the field, etc. Secondly, no supporters means that you really can't draw any extra cards. Historically, the best strategy for winning was to see more cards; this gives you more options and ways to execute your strategy. Some supporters I would recommend are things like Professor's Research, N, Marnie, Guzma, Boss's Orders, etc. Next, some of the cards in here are either non-viable or don't work with the other cards in the deck. For example, double rainbow energy can't actually be attached to any of the Pokemon in this deck as none of them are evolved. Additionally, you have a lot of Pokemon in here. Usually, you would want to keep the number of attacking Pokemon to around 3-5, by including 3 or 4 copies of the one you want to use, and dedicate a few more slots to support.

Some support Pokemon I would suggest are Dedenne-GX and Crobat V; these will allow you to see more cards without using up your supporter slot for the turn. Finally, Cards like Pokemon Center, leftovers, and potion aren't really necessary for this deck. Since most of the Pokemon here will be knocked out in one hit, these card slots can be better dedicated to supporters or items like switch, escape rope, quick ball or other pokemon search.

You've got the right idea. However, I would avoid using cards like Cheren, sinc ethere are better cards that allow you to see more cards, such as the aforementioned N and Marnie. Additionally, Professor's research and Quick ball are usually played in their full 4 copies in decks, since they're so useful. In terms of pokemon and energy, you should cut down on both (about 8 attackers and up to about 16 energy) to make more room for trainers, which in turn can ensure you have the right pokemon and energy, making your deck overall more consistent. Good work though!
