Ultra Ball, and Pokestop. Recover what you need with rod, reuse/recover boss's orders with pal pad, Prevent milling yourself with Pidgeot V. Ideally the most dmg Houndstone ex can dish out is around 280-300dmg ideally. The most it outputs is 330 (your Bench set up would be Kirlia and Pidgeot V, with Houndstone
