This deck can theoretically work well against a lot of meta decks in the format right now.

You're ideally going to want to start with Mew CEL and get Natus/Misdreavus out ASAP and evolve them manually or with Arezu (could also cut two Arezu for TM Evo, I need to test which method is more consistent). Start spreading damage with Mismagius + Vengeful Punch, which you can search out with Arven or Town Store, and start drawing cards and charging up some attackers with Xatu.

The deck plays a variety of "counters" for meta decks.

Iron Jugulis can set up crippling TM Devo plays; two Eerie Voice attacks from Mismagius and a Homing Headbutt from Iron Jugulis can take out three Kirlias or a Charmeleon/Bidoof/Pidgeotto, taking three prizes and ruining your opponents board state. If your opponents board was softened up with Mismagius, a Future Energy Boosted Iron Jugulis can also take out Basic exs and Vs with Baryon Beam, and can OHKO Squawkabilly ex and Lumineon V.

Mimikyu PAL works really well against basic ex decks like Miraidon ex, Chien-Pao ex, and Roaring Moon ex. Roaring Moon ex has to use Frenzied Gouging to take out Mimikyu, which leaves it vulnerable to getting knocked out later down the line. Mimikyu can use to TM Devo to devolve Baxcalibur in a Chien-Pao match up, which leaves that deck with no response to Mimikyu since Bax is the only non-ex/V they play (except Greninja). Miraidon ex can only attack Mimikyu with Flaafy and Zeraora, so Mimikyu can stall that deck pretty well.

Spiritomb helps with the Mew VMAX match up since it can't be stalled by Snorlax unlike Drapion V. Mimikyu LOR works really well against decks like Lugia VSTAR and Mew VMAX because they typically fill their boards early with high HP Pokemon, so Mismagius can get lots of damage on the board so that Mimikyu can OHKO Mew VMAX (I played a match against AI Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX to test for any glaring errors and Mimikyu hit 320 after only a couple Eerie Voices).

Jirachi does not block Mismagius, so Jirachi and Manaphy can easily be sniped off the bench; this deck runs Jirachi to help protect against Lost Box and Iron Valiant, but depending on how bad Greninja plays get, Manaphy could be thrown in as well. 

Mew ex can counter Giratina VSTAR and other beefy attackers in a pinch.
