With 4 V Pokemon and a lot of backup Pokemon, this cheap deck is a force to be reckoned with.

Here are the explanations as to why I put each card in:

Attackers (Strong Pokemon to deal the damage):


Zacian V (can also be a potential support Pokemon with his Ability)
Banette (Glass cannon)
Mewtwo GX (one-time OHKO with Psystrike GX)
Xerneas (non-celebrations one) (Can tank for a while with his healing)
Latios (to take out the Bench)

Bug Catcher (draw 2-4 cards, good)
Bede (to insta-stack Zacian)
Tormenting Spray (just for fun :))
Ultra Ball (2 energy traded for a HOOPA V AYO WHAT)
Tool Scrapper (or discard this card I dont know)

Super Scoop Up (to save a Pokemon)
Rusted Sword (Zacian V with a lot of damage)
Pokemon Breeder (draw + heal)
Lillie (if you run low on cards)
Hau (3 cards is good)
Fog Crystal (you are a PSYCHIC TYPE DECK)
Escape Rope (bring in strong Pokemon to fight weak Pokemon)
Dan (2 cards, maybe 4 if you good at RPS)
Damage Mover (let me just find Clefairy...)
Avery (Draw 3 cards + delete a potential 2 Pokemon)
Agatha (evil laugh)
