Marco_Ne Can you tell me how exactly it's not working? From there I can help some more.
With what I know, Pokemon that only provide utility with their attacks are never reall worth using, like Alolan Persian or Excadrill. I also don't see the need of Gyarados, since you already have mill from Centiskortch. I'm no expert with Zorobox, so that's all I really have to say.

Tangent noivern could work but it doesn't really work with the reversal energy, I'll try it out.CountyGibbon798 the idea is in the early game use cards such as Persian and slowking and toxtricity to remove resources and stall Pokemon. Then in the late game you can use the excadrill to recycle all of those enhanced hammers, energy, and Pokemon into the deck to continue being one step ahead of the opponent. I'll probably cut gyarados for a shedinja or something like that.
Marco_Ne Shedinja (Lost Thunder) would make for an interesting tool, as it can effectively turn into a Life Dew (Plasma Freeze) while clearing a bench spot. I suggest you add it, as it can keep tempo as soon as your opponent dips ahead in prize cards.
