Deck Primer

Certainly the deck of all time. I feel like there's a better win-con than just using Slurpuff + Inteleon every turn, but I couldn't think of a better way to enable all of this.

With no Scoop Up Net or Devolution Spray (thanks TPCi), we are stuck with Devolution Spray Z and Nidoqueen to loop Raichu every turn. We use Slurpuff to try and recur at least 1 Devolution Spray Z every turn. We take as many as possible from discard as possible every time on Slurpuff's attack, allowing us to have some sort

With no Scoop Up Net or Devolution Spray (thanks TPCi), we are stuck with Devolution Spray Z and Nidoqueen to loop Raichu every turn. We use Slurpuff to try and recur at least 1 Devolution Spray Z every turn. We take as many as possible from discard as possible every time on Slurpuff's attack, allowing us to have some sort of a buffer for Slurpuff's attack in the event we get a 12.5% chance of 3 tails. Getting at least 2 Devolution Spray Zs in hand makes it so there's only a 2.8% chance of failing to string Slurpuff's attack to next turn , and with 3 in hand there is a 0.2% chance of failing.

The win-con is to use Inteleon every turn to place 2 damage counters on the opponent's Pokemon. I was considering using Flapple from Rebel Clash as well for this strategy, since we already use Nidoqueen to search out cards, but that card was actually banned last year. Inteleon is probably better anyway since we can leverage Shady Dealings on Drizzile.
