An interesting idea for pumping up the damage for Arc Intel to get big knockouts. Pretty standard except for inclusion of Raihan (allows for easier Inteleon and even Blastoise attacks), Capacious Bucket, and cutting down to only one Path and 2 DTE. Path is still needed for Mew, but goes against the Pump Shot strategy, and in theory it could be dropped for a Collapsed Stadium. I would consider cutting another card for a 12th energy but idk what, maybe 2nd Marnie? I can also see the value in Zigzagoon

I can also see the value in Zigzagoon and even a 4th Scoop Up Net but this would need to be ironed out in testing. Also may be able to switch Big Charm for a second belt but I like the idea of being able to get V KOs with the Big Charmed Arceus VStar using a single pump shot. If Scrapper becomes more common in Palkia, I can see cutting Charm but otherwise it is crucial protection for benched Arceus V.
