Deck Explanation:

The deck is built around Spidops ex (Scarlet & Violet) ability, which adds a ★ to the retreat cost of the opponent's active Pokémon, this effect can stack so having multiple Spidops EX in your bench and active spot will do a lot of damage, usually the Pokémon have between 0 to 2 ★ of retreat cost, therefore, increasing the opponent's retreat cost is key to the deck's strategy, Ariados (Twilight Masquerade) will help to add another ★ of retreat cost to opponent's evolved Pokémon, Calamitous Wasteland (Paldea Evolved) has the same effect for basic Pokémon except for fighting ones.

Pokémon cards:

Spidops EX is our main attacker, while Ariados is our secondary attacker, Skwovet (Scarlet & Violet) and Bibarel (Brilliant Stars) are our draw engine, also preventing you from decking out.

Item cards:

The deck uses a variety of cards that help to search our key cards, Buddy-Buddy Poffin (Temporal Forces) and Nest Ball (Paldean Fates) to search our basic Pokémon, while Ultra Ball (Paldean Fates) and Master Ball (Temporal Forces) can search any Pokémon, Bug Catching Set (Twilight Masquerade) helps to accelerate and get our grass Pokémon/energy cards faster, Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) can also recycle Pokémon and basic energy cards, switch can help in a peril and Calamitous Wasteland helps for the deck's strategy.

Supporter cards:

Gardenia's Vigor (Astral Radiance) is an excellent card for this deck, helps you to draw and attach energies to our Spidops EX faster, as it only needs 2 energies to attack, this card can fulfill this requeriment in one turn, Professor's Research (Paldean Fates) can refresh your hand and helps with bricky hands, and some discarded cards can be recycled with item cards, Iono (Paldean Fates) can help to refresh your hand as well but can also disrupt your opponent's strategy, Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) can take the opponent off guard and knock out potential threats.

Energy cards:

We use 8 Basic Grass Energy (Scarlet & Violet Energies), 4 Jet Energy (Paldea Evolved) can act like a Switch card, taking the opponent off guard and switching an already damaged Spidops with another one.

Tips:

• Calamitous Wasteland is useless against fighting based decks, in that case you can discard it with Ultra Ball to generate card advantage.

• Combine Bug Catching Set with Gardenia's Vigor to have your Spidops EX ready to attack.

• Ariados can be replaced with Kricketune (Astral Radiance) to give extra HP to our Spidops EX, Kricketot (Astral Radiance) can be searched with Buddy Buddy Poffin as well.

Bobster thanks for the reply, I have also had a lot of fun with this deck, in addition to the fact that it can put some cards like Snorlax and Charizard EX in trouble, I am aware that the deck can improve but for now this build is the best I have made, again thanks for the reply!
