Video explains the deck and showcases the concepts of the mechanics. Use Quaquaval ex to get in some decent damage of 230 for only 2 energy. Use Quaquaval from base to restore that missing energy pretty fast. Greninja does a solid job of being an attacker here with the consistant water energy, but serves as a great draw as well. Bibarel is teh draw engine with Manaphy for bench protection.

I'd rank this deck as decent. There is acoherent strategy and strogn flow, however it might struggle compared to faster, more consistant decks like roaring moon ex. Reasonable for play with friends as well as small local tournaments. Or if Quaquaval is your favorite pokemon, then have fun!
