2024-2025 Rotation (F-H)

Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Decks are made using one of the rotations the featured card was in.  Quaquaval ex  is another strange card with it hitting rather hard (230) on 2 energy, but it puts them back in your hand.

Pidgeot and Rotom V are mostly here to get Neo Upper Energy, but the former provides a lot of utility for the deck and allows it to run control cards effectively like Mimikyu.
