This card has not seen play much since its release.

Strategy: Quaquaval ex is the main attacker of this deck (pretty obvious) and might as well use the Quaquaval (single prizer) as the draw engine. Wellspring helps earlier on by trapping them in the active. The ACE SPEC of choice, Grand Tree helps get out Quaquaval's evolution line out quickly or Baxcalibur. Baxcalibur helps get energy back onto Quaquaval ex after using Spiral Shot. Additionally, you can do a hit and run with Exciting Dance

Edits:

Edit #1: Removed Maximum Belt, Black Belt's Training, 1 Water Energy, 1 Rare Candy, TM: Evo, and 1 Artazon. They have been replaced with Grand Tree, 1 Quaxwell to make it 2 for better consistency and to take advantage of Grand Tree much more, 1 Quaquaval to have even more draw power and more consistency, 2 Mimikyu's, and 1 Rescue Board. Thank you to @inkessant for suggesting to add in Mimikyu!

I'd consider a Mimikyu or a similar lock 'mon, as Exciting Dance will send a new Pokémon into the Active.
