I believe Sky Seal Stone's effect only works on your attacking Pokemon V, swinging into a VStar/Vmax. Based on this decklist it would be a blank card.
it can be used on bench, If not it would say the pokemon this card is attached to has to be in the active spot to use this ability.
Sad to inform you but Sky Seal Stone (Crown Zenith) only works when you use Basic Pokemon V. But if you use it on PTCGL it still counts (it's a bug) 😁
Yeah your opponent's active Pokémon needs to be a VSTAR or VMAX and your active Pokémon needs to be a basic Pokémon V. So Sky Seal Stone won't work here.

It's honestly one of the most quirky cards I've ever seen.
1) only can be used by V
2) only if they're knocked out by basic v
3) only if they're a VSTAR or VMAX
(Just give me the extra prize card already!) lol
it's a lot of weird stuff I had to read it like 3 times to figure it out lol
I wish that lie was true about the sky seal stone and all the other seal stones
when a card says that is works only with V Pokemon that means it works with Vstar and Vmax
Its not a bug its an intentional game design
Its the same reason why you can have adventurers discovery (a card used to search for pokemon V) you can use to grab Vmax and Vstar
I go to official play pokemon events, they would have flagged me down if I was using the cards impropperly
but you are right that it does only activate if you knock them out with a basic V
I'm saying it only works when you knock out an opponent's VSTAR or VMAX. It can be activated by any Pokémon V, though.
