Garchomp is just for cracking and equiping the bold or the tyranitar. The big boys like Charizard get fked by bold cuzz it's so easy to get much energy's on your moms with thise deck. Follow that rule: I put Leads and lightnings in the rubbish to get them nach with vitality and I put fighting in the rubbish to attach them with Garchomp. Iron leafe is just another option for Charizard. Charizards Max damage is 330 and tyranitar has more hp, Garchomp with Lake acuity tanks 2 shots easy. what to change:

you sometimes don't really need the decidueye Vstar but it still an nice draw optione for maybe every third game. You can switch him out for another normal V version of decidueye cuzz you need him in your first turn to draw cards, so you need to begin as second wich is easy. So you can play an pal pad, another rod or 1more bolt (aka raging bolt). That are the only things wich make sence in my eyes.

pls Test the deck and give feadback then. I played with it in the Arceus league and it's wins are like 60%. It often get fuked from goughing fire cuzz he can Attacke with his 260damage in the first attacking turn when they have the first real turn where you can't Attacke at first. You have no chance to evolve your decidueye so it don't get only cracked wich is good for the tyranitar, no it eats an ohko then but only when your opponent get the goughing fire full equipped in his first attacking turn.
