Expanded list made for Raging Bolt ex (unreleased in English yet). The Raikou ex (Team Magma) stands in for this card.

This deck aims to attach and discard electric energies to power Raging Bolt ex's main attach, which discards basic energies, and does 70x based on the amount of basic energy of this type discarded from ALL of your pokemon in this way.

The main method of attachment in this way is Flaafy (Dynamotor), which once per turn can attach an electric energy from the discard pile to one of your benched pokemon. This perfectly harmonises with Raging Bolt, as it requires the energies be discarded as the cost of the mighty attack. An ideal setup would have to Flaafy on the bench to attach two discarded electric per turn - and if possible, another to seal the deal.

Other methods of attaching the electric energies include the use of Professor Sader's Vitality, which is like a new version of Meloney for Ancient Pokemon. Raging Bolt ex is an Ancient Pokemon, and it pairs nicely with the use of this card! Not only does it add some draw power, but the card also attaches two more electric energy cards to your Raging Bolt exs, bringing the number of energy cards attached up to 4 this turn, which when discarded, is 280 damage - KOing all VStars!

However, more energy can be attached - the Tapu Koko adds an emergency one time use where it attaches an electric energy from the discard pile to two of your electric pokemon. While Raging Bolt ex is not an electric, the Flaafys are, and the energy can be discarded from these pokemon for Raging Bolt ex's attack.

Pachirisu - an optional element of the deck - pairs nicely with scoop up nets to attach two electric energy from your hand to this pokemon when played on the bench. This is the one pictured, it is the col1-18 Pachirisu from Call of Legends with the "Self-Generation" ability. These can also be later discarded with Raging Bolt ex's attack. This method of attachment can be repeated so long as the energies can be recycled back into the deck and searched out, which may be rather difficult. This method may be too costly for deck space, and may be reduced to only two of these Pachirisus.

Now, one question may be how on earth can the cost of Raging Bolt ex's attack be met? Well simply, with the attachment of the Double Dragon Energies! With your attach for turn, the Raging Bolt ex is charged up and ready to demolish your opponents!

A variation may suggest using Guzma and Hala (Tag Team) for more ease of access to find the DD Energy, which would pair nicely with a Stadium Search (Stormy Mountains) and the Ancient Booster Energy Capsule - both in the deck to boost the traits of the Ancient and Dragon type Raging Bolt ex (giving it +60 HP and allowing for it to be searched out, as a basic dragon type pokemon with the use of the stadium).

Radiant Greninja stands as the only draw machine in the deck. Bibarrel may be required to add more consistency to this deck, removing - potentially - the Pachirisu, the Scoop Up Net as well as the sheer amount of Professor's Letters.

The deck will also require more Balls and ways to search out pokemon, which will be later determined with further testing.
