I am aware that I've made 2 Raging Bolt ex decks already (and this is probably the worst one), but it's my favorite Paradox 'mon and I'm very biased. Plus the card is interesting, so there's that. Anyways, attach psychic energy to Lunatone with Solrock to power Raging Bolt ex's Climactic Decsent attack. That's the whole theme of this deck, plain and simple.
