Edited mostly from recent Japan lists. Set up like regular Gardi as fast as you can. Kirlia and Greninja let you draw as much as you need. Also Raging Bolt's first attack can help set up and refresh your hand early game if its stuck in the active. Once you have a Gardi ready, you can move Raging Bolt into the active, play a Sada's Vitality and move either a Fighting or Lightning energy onto it, and attach the other from hand. Earthen Vessel is key to getting the right energies into the discard pile for you. Be very conservative with how you play your Sada's. Pal Pad is in the deck just to reshuffle Sada's back into the deck. Gallade lets you get Sada whenever you need.

But once Raging Bolt is ready with Gardi, you are basically unstoppable. Gardi ex brings psychic energy onto your board for your Raging Bolt's attack whenever and however much you need to discard. Don't be afraid to discard the energy off Raging Bolt early game either if it means surviving. You can always Sada onto it again later. Ancient Booster makes Raging Bolt 300 HP. Not much can 1-shot that.

You can always use Scream Tail with an Ancient Booster and snipe for 280 damage if you struggle setting up or need to offset the prize trade. Flutter Mane is there to just open with and stall while you set things up. After you use a Scream Tail or Flutter Mane though, you can bring back a Raging Bolt with Thorton. This is the most unhinged move you can possibly do mid to late game as long as you still have a Sada left in deck.
