The rough setup here is to get Dodrio as your active and Alakazam on your bench, and work off the relationship of the two of them.

Use Alakazam's Damage Swap to right-size the amount of damage you need to do to ideally one-shot your opponent's Pokemon (with the help of PlusPowers if need be) for a max of 70 flat damage, and a max of 90 damage with both PlusPowers in a pinch.

Rage is great because it can do high damage without discarding energies and since it's accessible with Double Colorless Energies

Gold Berries help reduce the chance of your opponent knocking out your Dodrio on their turn since in between turns it cleanses 40 of the max of 60dmg swapped by Alakazam and Defenders for the same reason to help your Dodrio's survive.

The funny thing about Dodrio's Pokemon Power Retreat Aid is that they can stack, so if you have 3 Dodrios out and your opponent Gusts out Alakazam, as long as he isn't conditioned, he could Retreat on your turn for free assuming he doesn't get one-shot.

Chansey is there to be used as a damage battery/resevoir so Alakazam can dump damage onto it, and the Pokemon Center can be used to heal up to 110 damage from your Pokemon in 1 turn.
Plus - since there are 4 Double Colorless Energies and 4 Recycle Energies in the deck, Double-Edging isn't out of the question either for an abrupt 80 damage as well.
