What I wanted to incorporate was not to use Arceus in every deck, giving some freedom and challenge to use; for example, Jirachi, when a Pokemon is knocked out. or Raikou when the situation is nessecary. some of this deck is modled after the [Rare Candy] Decklist, But Raichu V and Flaaffy have a strong synergy much the same as Malamar and Ultimate Necrozma. Flaaffy scrounges around the discard pile for energy and fuels a Raichu V [and the energy doesn't have to be on the Raichu either]
