Its not about the player, is really hard to get the combination of getting the enough bench andright energy to loop raikou each turn.
It was hard to pilot without manaphy, now its harder.
Officelinebacker I agree that RNG (or IRL possibilities) does play a huge role but sometimes I feel that some players (not myself) make the correct moves to get to the endpoint swiftly and smoothly. I did not make this decklist myself rather was given this decklist and had to be shown how to play it. There have been a few expansion sets since I used this deck but nonetheless I just wanted to add it here before PTCGO goes Live.
