How are you getting your hand down for bibarel to work? There are no quick ball, ultraball and only one cram. Remove: 1x horn, 1x flannery, 2x belt, 2x incence, 2x ludicolo, 3x raikou = 11 cards. Add: 4 quick, 4 ultra, 3 research (or 2 research + 1 raihan).

I would want to keep 4 raiku. Would taking a marnie be a viable option as well?

@cwill Sure, since you arent using ordinary rod. This looks way better already as of now, but the best thing to do is try and test it online or offline so you can get a feel of what you need.
