I saw this deck list posted somewhere but I couldn't locate it again so I decided to recreate it. It has many of the regular staples of a lost box deck with tools playing a big role as well. The rotom V line can work as a draw engine and an attacker. The porygon line can serve as another attacker and potentially give type advantage. Pachirisu could serve as yet another attacker as long as you have enough tools. Long story short, this is another little budget friendly lost box variant I wanted to

4 Psychic Energy seems excessive for having just 1 Sableye and access to Mirage Gate. Swapping 2 for Luminous still allows you to use Mirage Gate while also adding flexibility. You could also just cut 1 or 2 psychic energy. Also you don't have a good way to put tools in your discard pile to power the Rotom line's attacks, except for Rotom's VSTAR power. Using cards like Technical Machines that are discarded after your turn would be helpful, as well as cards that discard Tools for damage.
