Deck Primer

The Focus of this deck is to counter the meta Palkia Vstar and Arceus Vstar deck by using lightning and fighting type while matching the speed of turbo deck. Water type is there just because its synchronize with the use of Melony engine in this deck. Basically you draw until you get what you need to attack. A few modification for the recent surge on Miltank and LunaRock made me sqeeze in Empoleon V.
