The goal of this deck is to use Jumpluff's double attack to spread insane damge with Rapid Strike Scroll of Swirls and Passimian. 120 to benched Pokemon V & GX (If in expanded) per turn is EXTREMELY good especially against some V-Reliant decks. Raihan can get you straight back into attacking after getting knocked out, whick is really good.

The Cherrim engine would be a good plus to quickly evolve the skiploom
