Cool idea. Is there a reason you don't run Sylveon VMAX (Evolving Skies)? I think you could easily deal a lot of damage with her in the circumstances where you aren't able to hit for weakness. Additionally, I think the idea of Empoleon V (Battle Styles) is great; you could shut down lost box, regis, etc. Lastly, the only card in your deck in expanded is nest ball, which will be in standard in April. You could replace it with Quick Ball (Fusion Strike), which would allow you to have more consistency with Blaziken VMAX (Chilling Reign)'s Max Blaze.
