Lugia VSTAR with rapid strike rather than single strike!

Urshifu works nicely vs electric decks that are usually hard to fight with Lugia, Drapion works nicely vs mew, Thorton works nicely to get them back in the action when they get KO'd!

Deoxys and Tapu fini are decent single prize attackers and tapu fini especially makes it easy for Zeraora V to get some nice damage in on the bench. Urshifu's strafe can help with this too, as well as Tower of waters. 2 professor burnet to help with consistency

Urshifu's strafe can help with this too, as well as Tower of waters. 2 professor burnet to help with consistency since I had too many games where i got screwed by it being prized.

Empoleon helps keeping lost zone decks in check since comfey and cram cant use their abilities when its on the field. 

Choice belt helps Lugia pick up certain KO's that it would miss bc of double turbo energy. It also helps deoxys pick up KO's on 190 hp pokemon V.  

Penny is nice to remove Lumineon from the bench since you need plenty of room there for Lugia, 2 Archeops and your attackers.

Any feedback to the deck is appreciated! Some things that might need to be added is more stadium control since Path to the peak and Temple of Sinnoh can be annoying.

Hey as someone new to the game I run into alot of things I do not understand.

So with the Archeops. How would you get it to the Bench or Active Spot without an Archen?

Maximus1999 Lugia's VSTAR power allows you to return two colorless pokemon from your discard pile to your bench. This can even place evolution pokemon onto your bench, so you have to use cards like Professor's Research or Ultra Ball to discard copies of Archeops and then use Lugia to get them onto your bench for free.
