Sometimes a card comes out that is sure to see play throughout the entirity of its presence in the format. Some recent examples of cards like this include Pikachu & Zekrom-GX and Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX. These cards didn't see play because they "fit the meta well", but rather defined the meta because of their innate power the text on their cards gave them. A formidible successor to these tyrants emerged this last March in the form of Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX and has seen fruitful success since its release. The release of Chilling Reign I would argue served as a net neutral to the card's viability as while it gains a new unfavorable matchup in the form of Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX, it also gains an invaluable partner in the form of Passimian, letting Urshifu's G-Max Rapid Flow reach the magical 180 damage with the help of Telescopic Sight.

The main goal of this deck is to prey on the support Pokemon your opponent plays in order to quickly end the game, and this is all thanks to the additions of Passimian and Echoing Horn in Chilling Riegn. I can very well see the philosophy moving forwards with this deck to veer more towards a strategy very akin to the one ADP has already perfected: Ignore the threats in favor of ending the game ASAP.
