Deck is in progress. The goal of the deck is to stall your opponent from taking prize cards with black market, meanwhile you get alolan raticate and crobat ready to take out your opponent and take 2 bonus prizes for each KO. Radiant Greninja serves as a faster KO dealer to take out a pokemon that mess with the decks strategy, or to take a final KO.

Hello,
I'm also building an alolan raticate deck. I considered stalling at first but don't forget prism card can only be one per deck, so I'm using Blizzard Town from Unified minds (pkm with 40hp or less can't attack) and Lusamine (crimson invasion) to easily recover black market. Mine will be more about ohko everything (with raticate and by poisoning) than stalling

Also I forgot, Toy catcher (evolving skies) could be use as a Boss order in some cases with this deck to save supporter use
