fairly inexpensive updated version of my old raticate deck with more consistent supporters made for PTCGL. Deck list is still usable in expanded but would need some replacements. I think I got better at building rogue decks so this works decently in Live's current weird expanded format. As long as you can set up more than 1 pokemon turn one you should do fine. I go first with this deck. open to suggestions. Have Fun! If you wanted more optimization, lillie's for cynthia. I'm old so cynthia stays.
