Poison and Burn wouldn't immediately affect the Pokemon, right? Wouldn't it still be a 2-turn KO? I think if you switched the entire Weepinbell line for 4 Galarian Zigzagoon it would give your deck a lot more speed and consistency. This would also let you get rid of Koga's Trap, and Ball Guy is sub-optimal in almost every scenario. So, basically, my suggestion is this:
+4 Galarian Zigzagoon SSH +2 Crobat V +4 Trainer's Mail +2 Piers
-4 Koga's Trap -2 Bellsprout -2 Weepinbell -2 Ball Guy -2 Bicycle
Plattinator is quite right, poison and burn actually take effect in the between-turns step (now called Pokémon Checkup). However, if you really wanted to play Weepinbell, you could use Dangerous Mucas and then Super Fang, and during Pokémon Checkup your opponent's active Pokémon would be knocked out. However, I would agree with Plattinator that Galarian Zigzagoon is a good idea.
I avoided Galarian Zigzagoon for two reasons. 1 Weepinbell/Koga knockout midturn so the opponent can't respond with heals or scoop ups. 2 With Zigzagoon while it would be 2 turns per kill, once you have the raticate and back ups setup you can take a knockout turn after turn since you can evolve/koga every turn. I am thinking of changing in a galarian zigzagoon for mewVMax due to its poison/burn immunity. I also really like the midturn knockout aesthetic.
