Really love the concept, this deck could run Radiant Charizard (Pokémon GO) as well. Maybe cut a PIkachu for it?

I decided to add radiant greninja instead to allow me to discard energies specifically in exchange for more card draw.

very cool list. i've been messing around with this rayquaza v/vmax and couldn't get it to work. i can't wait to give this a try. what do you think about swapping the 2 tower of waters for either 2 more balloons or 2 Training Court (Rebel Clash)

lobsterpaw my only issue with more balloons/training court is that i'm trying to have the deck relatively easy to switch over when rotation hits. Also, tower of waters is excellent lategame- if the opponent isn't running stadiums or stadium removal, then rayquaza gets free switches and pikachu can take the air balloon for switching out too. two more balloons would definitely work too, however.

SaltyLily i started playing some with this list but only have 1 of the pikachuv, so i subbed the other two in for Raichu V (Brilliant Stars) and Boltund V (Rebel Clash) , and have found that they work really well and boost the energy pull for when i don't get mareep/flaaffy out. also, is the 4 flaaffy/3 mareep meant to act as a cushion for potentially discarding a flaaffy? cheers, fun list

lobsterpaw Raichu V is definitely a good substitute- I was originally planning on using it but got worried that 180 damage for 3 energy wasn't worth it when I can choose between doing 100, or discarding 3 for 220. I'll have to look at boltund V. The 3 mareep was to give me an extra card slot for something else, but flaaffy needs to be 4 to make sure you can almost always get at least two up. 4 mareep would work well too- I just think 3 is fine because you have so many options to grab it (level ball, quick ball, stormy mountains, ultra ball). Also, if you're struggling with getting critical cards I'd reccomend adding 2x Forest Seal Stone in replacement of 1 bosses orders and 1 evo incense. It really helps with getting a good stadium up if you're having a terrible start, or with getting rayquaza vmax up, or to get a critical bosses orders up once rayquaza is fully ready to OHKO any vmax pokemon with 4 electric energies.

i've been playing ~ this list with your forest seal stone suggestion (and my own swaps of  -3 pikachu, +1 Boltund V (Rebel Clash) +2 Raichu V (Brilliant Stars) ) and have really enjoyed it. i've used raichu a few times but have found that it's just not as fast as i expected. i'd like to test 3 boltund instead, but only have the 1 on tcg live. also, i was wondering if you've thought about either Ordinary Rod (Sword & Shield) or Battle VIP Pass (Fusion Strike) . i think i'm going to try a variant of this list with 2 rods and 1 pass in there somewhere, because i think they could help it not burn out too quickly (rod) and set up the turbo more quickly (VIP). cheers again for the fun/cool list!

lobsterpaw My issue with ordinary rod is the fact that it will rotate out soon. This deck was built to be as usable as possible when S/V becomes standard, which I only have to rotate out some balls. Battle vip pass could be interesting but the issue is that you need to clear spots in the deck to allow for that. If I was going to do that I'd include 2-3 battle vip pass.
