Rayquaza GX + Teal Mask

This deck is really consistent 90% of the time. I would say there are very little chances of ending up with a crap hand. But here is the breakdown:

The deck focuses around Rayquaza GX using its attack "Dragon Break" which does 30x damage for each Lightning and Grass energy on all of your Pokemon. How do you power it up? Well with recent releases, we got to VERY powerful cards that can boost this attack. Teal Mask and Joltik. Teal Mask is your energy and draw engine in this deck and adds to Rayquaza. Joltik however, is even better. You ABSOLUTELY NEED Joltik out in your first turn, as its attack "Jolting Charge" allows you to attach 2 and 2 of G and L energy to ANY Pokemon you wish. So, in turn one, you could have 3 put onto Rayquaza and 1 attached to another pokemon on your bench. These + the 1 attached to joltik makes it 5 Energy already accelerated onto the bench WITHOUT teal mask included. That is 150 damage MINIMUM by turn 2. 

Area Zero allows more teal mask and other pokemon on the bench, Professor's letter accelerates energy into your hand which can help accelerate Teal Mask, Wishful baton should be attached to Rayquaza so if its knocked out it can transfer 3 energy from it to another Rayquaza on the bench, and Luxury Ball gets you ANY pokemon you want (a much better Master Ball without using up the ACESPEC slot).

All other cards are self explanatory, however there is a few pokemon added to the list. Lapras is a much better Lumineon V as its only 1 prize. You can switch that if you want and scoop up net to make the deck expanded if you wish. Galvantula (both tera and grass) are great for specific instances that may require you to hit hard like against charizard or any EX's.
