You should not have 4 Tinkaton ex. 3 is plenty. You also don't need Tinkaton (Paradox Rift). It has no purpose. Both Mawiles are pointless. You also only need 4 Double Turbo Energy and a couple Psychic energy. You should only use Tinkatuff from Paldea Evolved. Energy Sticker is not good. Bravery Charm and Crushing Hammer are also bad. I can't tell you what to add, but you need to focus on having a big hand. Try a 1-1 Milotic line to keep your hand big.
